Good Morning Tracy,
I just wanted to say a big thank you to you for all your help in organising the furniture removal yesterday from my mothers bungalow.
Also to thank the two young men who carried out the removal. I cannot praise them enough, they were worth their weight in gold. Nothing was too much trouble, the wardrobe they had to remove was extremely large and difficult to not only get out of the bungalow but extremely difficult to manoeuvre into my sons house but they did not allow it to phase them. It took some thought and some dismantling but they achieved their goal with a smile on their faces.
I would certainly not hesitate to recommend your company to friends and relatives in the future.
Once again a big thank you to your company and a special thank you to yourself and the two extremely helpful, pleasant and friendly young men.

Hello, Tracy,
I’m not sure if you have got my recent e-mail. One of the things that did NOT go well was the broadband and telephone installation! However, I now have my dongle operative and an earlier message I sent to you just would not send and I had to unblock the system! But all is well and it is working now!
Anyway. Your guys, Daniel and Mark were brilliant. They worked tirelessly and uncomplainingly. They were cheerful and inventive and the whole move went smoothly mainly thanks to them. I cannot praise them highly enough! They were outstandingly good!
