The excellent service began with emails and calls to the office, all responded to promptly and efficiently (do you ever sleep?). Arrangements were made and we had the delights of the company of Dan and Paul for the day. As should be expected, they arrived bang on time. They assessed the job: checking and confirming what was to come and what was to stay. They were cheerful throughout, accurate, and careful with our possessions."

I wanted to write and say a formal thanks for the smooth removal on Friday. My dad was so very pleased that everything went as planned and the team made a very traumatic week for my parents so much easier.
The guys were absolutely amazing. They were with us on time, never stopped working. Even carried on with a cup of tea in hand!
I wanted to make a particular reference to the exceptional "young" removal guy you had on the team on Friday. Wow! What a polite, amazing, "strong" and fantastic young man who is a real credit to his mum and dad. He worked so hard and we were all amazed.... He was a true gem. (As were the other guys of course!)

This was the second time in just over a year we had used TD Removals. Last they were fantastic and I didn't think they could do any better...I was wrong. Sorry for the time it has taken to drop you a line …but what with Xmas and BT’s lack of broadband service I’m running a bit behind!!
Just a quickie really to say thank-you all so very much for helping us with the move last month from Desborough to Walpole St Peter.
Daniel and Roger were real superstars, and I don’t know how we would have managed without them … quite simply, we wouldn’t have!!
Also apologies for the length of time it took for the keys to appear… they couldn’t start to unload until gone 3, yet by the time we got here at 4.30 – they had already emptied both their vans and put everything where it needed to be and were on their back to Desbo! So apologies that we didn’t get to see them and thank them in person.
If you need to refer anyone to me for a recommendation – just let me know.
Once again, massive thank-you!! And no offence, but I hope we will not be needing your services again in a hurry!! I really don’t know how physically they can do that every day!!

Daniel and Martyn arrived promptly and proceeded to load our stuff without fuss or hesitation, They worked ceaselessly and effortlessly from 7am and had our 4 bed roomed house all packed up by 10am. The unloading was even more efficiently done, with the whole process being completed by 1pm. Throughout the move these two were fantastic. They took care to protect everything they moved and even entertained our son. Their perfectly judged approach meant we were put at ease from start to finish and they made a potentially stressful day into one that became more enjoyable as it progressed. They were simply wonderful and we would fully recommend TD Removals to anyone who wants a potentially daunting day to pass without incident.
